NOFOMO.TV Website
After co-founding NOFOMO.TV in 2018, I stepped back in 2020. They’ve been crushing it ever since, with clients such as Amazon Prime, Twitch, MTV, and Riot Games. The site was completely rebuilt from the ground up with automations and custom back-end design, allowing the team to easily upload new content.

Personal Website
As I’m starting to actively work on new projects again, it felt like the right time to redo my personal website (chrisl.im). This website was put together in an afternoon. It’s not perfect, but it represents myself and my work a little better.

Gemi-no
Google added AI Overview into their search results over a year ago and it still feels half-baked. So in a couple of days, I hacked together Gemi-no to let users turn it off. While there are other Chrome extensions that do similar things, my implementation feels more robust and more importantly: future-proof.

Career Break
While winding down Flowstack, I took 6 months off to take a break and focus on my mental and physical health — dealing with symptoms that I’d normalised and ignored over the last two decades. This also gave me time to revisit my backlog of ideas with fresh eyes.

Flowstack
Accidentally built an LLM observability platform while trying to understand Axu and Flowshot customers. Launched it as a product, became Focal W23 finalists, and won VC commitments for €500K — before closing the company due to burnout.

Flowshot
Launched the first “AI for Google Sheets” add-on with native formulas such as =AUTOCOMPLETE
(few-shot) and =AI
(one-shot). We used Reddit and AI directory marketing hacks to gain 100K installs and hit breakeven in just a few months.

Axu AI
Raised €450K pre-seed to develop a proprietary AI/MLOps stack for high-volume e-commerce content automation. Axu AI consistently outperformed our customers’ writers with 3x content volume at 1/10 of the cost, while doubling their organic SEO traffic with an increase in conversion rates across the board.
